this is not a welding cart, the parts are attached to the welder and since i wanted my welder to have the handle to the front i had to do the tedious task of taking the cover off and reversing it. the wheels are plastic and held on to the round bar axle with those little locking end caps, it seems to work but is kind of cheezy for a 450$ dc welder. i also did not receive screws to attach the legs, but i can get by with out them.
