PUR ADVANCED REFRIGERATOR WATER FILTER (2 PACK)
I looked at various sites and found I couldn't do any better in price than on Amazon.
The cyst reducing filter is such an improvement over the PUR PBSS. I could taste the difference immediately. It is worth the extra money!
This is an excellent product, but I can't rate it any higher than 1 because despite being offered 4 filters (I ordered two 2 packs), I only received 2. This has happened to several people, with etronics claiming that this was a typographical error on Amazon's part. Meanwhile - neither the item count nor the price has been adjusted.
Avoid etronics if you plan to order this product.
These filters are very good. They completely take the odors out of our tap water and give us a very neutral tasting water, which I prefer. They last a long time. I think they are a good buy for the money, especially when you get them on sale at Amazon.
What can I say? This was a "no brainer". I love the refrigerator, and I love the ease with which the filter installs. This is a great bargain and Amazon did their usual terrific job of sending on time. thank you!

I bought these water filters for my Kenmore Elite side-by-side refrigerator. The price was much better than at Sears. These are really easy to install and they were delivered quickly. A+ all around.
A tip on a website recommended these as being less expensive than Sears replacements for Kenmore refrigerator-freezers (which they are). I ordered this model, thinking they would replace the Sears 9990 for my Kenmore 75542401 (which they don't). Amazon's return for refund procedure was very prompt and totally hassle-free.
You can't argue the fact that a twin pack here costs the same as a single filter from Sears. Their argument to it was "we don't price match online prices", to which I argued "If Target or Walmart or Best Buy had a better price on something online, you wouldn't match it to make the sale?" Their answer was "well, that's different...", to which I asked "How? It's an online price either way..." They couldn't answer. I just had to laugh.
But the filters are just as good as what you would buy in store, but now I have a 6 month supply for the price of a 3 month. Just be sure to run the water off for a few minutes into a container to charge the filter and get rid of the little bubbles that occur.
purchased for a Kenmore fridge, same as original equipment but for about half the cost as buying from Sears. I'm pleased and will purchase again from Amazon
